The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to popular attractions, like the salt mines and wildlife center. it is situated next to a field, which offers a lovely view. the Ollantaytambo train station is within walking distance, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. the rooms are equipped with all the basic necessities and are spacious and clean. the bathroom provides a strong, refreshing shower. Breakfast is decent with a few good options to choose from.
One aspect that could be improved is the customer service at the front desk, which is just okay compared to other hotels.

Located in a beautiful valley, the hotel grounds are a sight to behold. The historical courtyard has a calming effect and the gardens provide a sense of tranquility. The meals offered in the restaurant were delicious, with a selection of vegetarian options. The hotel is also conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions and the views of the mountains from the rooms are breathtaking.
The staff seemed uninterested in making our stay enjoyable and we had to constantly ask for basic amenities like towels and toiletries. The beds were too soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well.
